Holydayplay Network Technology, Limited ("Holydayplay", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website holydayplay.com and to our games, including Catch the Stars on Facebook Instant Games.

1. Information we collect on our website

• Information you give us: your name and email address, and the content of your message, when you contact us through the website or by email.
• Information collected automatically: technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you visit.

2. Our games on Facebook Instant Games

Our games on Facebook Instant Games do not ask you to create an account with us. When you play, the Instant Games platform, operated by Meta, provides us with limited information:

• your Facebook player name and an anonymous player ID;
• your score and, if you open the leaderboard, the names and scores of your friends who also play the game.

The game also saves your best score, whether you completed the tutorial, your number of games played and your sound setting. This data is stored by the Instant Games platform for your player profile, and on your own device (local storage). We do not run our own servers to store it.

If you choose to challenge a friend, the game creates a share image showing your score and your name, and sends it through Facebook. This only happens when you tap the Challenge button.

Meta processes information on the Facebook platform under its own Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how Meta handles your data.

3. How we use information

• To operate, maintain and improve our website and games.
• To show your name and score on the friends leaderboard and in challenges you choose to send.
• To save your progress and settings so the game works as you left it.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To monitor usage for security, reliability and fraud prevention.

4. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings. Our games use your device's local storage (not advertising cookies) to save progress and settings.

5. Advertising

Our games currently do not show advertising. If we add ads in the future, they will be delivered through Meta's own advertising system for Instant Games, and we will update this policy before doing so. We do not use third-party ad networks inside our Instant Games.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

• with service providers that help us operate our website, under obligations to protect it;
• with Meta, as part of running the game on the Facebook platform;
• when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

7. How long we keep data

Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond and for our records. Game progress stays attached to your player profile on the Instant Games platform for as long as you keep playing, unless you ask us to delete it or remove the game.

8. Data deletion and your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses.

How to request deletion

Email us at contact@holydayplay.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us the game you played and your Facebook player name so we can find your data. We will reply within 30 days.

You can also stop the game from accessing your information at any time by removing it in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites). Data held by Meta is handled under Meta's own policies.

9. Children

Our website and games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security and international transfers

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We are based in Morocco, and Meta and other providers may process data in other countries.

11. Third-party links

Our website may link to other sites, such as social media and game pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
